With that said, if you want to provide checkout, you can convert your Facebook Page Shop to Facebook Shop.
The checkout option is currently available for US merchants.
From 19th May 2020, a small number of businesses that use Page shops on Facebook were transitioned to Facebook Shops.
You can convert your offsite page into an onsite page by integrating with Facebook Commerce Manager. You can simply connect your existing offsite page with the Commerce Manager and create a new product catalog for you or use the existing one.

Marketplace has my payments on hold since April 2022. I have only received payment of $93 and they are holding over $400. I put in my information requested and they continue to say they are working on confirming my SS# etc. I get the same vague message when I email them. How can I solve this problem and receive my money for goods sold? It's very frustrating as they have not requested any additional documentation. Thank you
Hello Deborah,
Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. We request you to please contact the Facebook Support team, as these issues are directly handled by the Facebook Team!
However, if after continuous emails your SSN (this happens when you hit a cap of $599), is still not verified, another way is to join the "shipping on Marketplace" Facebook group. It's a survey group, where users can report their issues. We hope your issues are resolved real quick.

Have a nice day!
I am looking for a utility trailer. I have found many that I wanted to see on Markeplace. But, it seems as though everyone who places an ad really has no interested in letting me look at it. One young lady posted a trailer for sale and wanted $400. I wrote in my initial message that I would give her the $400 but, I needed to know what the measurements of the bed were. She wrote me back and said she had no time to measure it. So, I said, OK, where is it? I'll come and measure it myself. She did not want me to come and look at it, instead giving me her brothers phone number. And, said he'd provide it to me. So, I called brother 4 times and left 2 messages. No return call by anyone. I wrote her back on Messenger and informed her of this. No answer. I noticed the same ad a couple days later and the price had been reduced to $350; still no measurements posted. I'd like to think that this was the only one like this. Another guy had a nice one posted and the measurements. He wanted $1000. I messaged him with my phone number and ask him to call me (or I could call him). I said in my message I'd pay what he wanted. His reply? "I don't call people". He was about 50+ miles from me and would not say where I could see the trailer at. So, I am deleting Facebook and Marketplace and just gonna go buy brand new.
