Reading Time: 3 minutes About the Client The Drive Clothing is a lifestyle apparel brand…
Pricefalls is fast emerging to be a platform that offers great value to the 3P sellers. The impressive figures – 72% y-o-y growth, 14.8 million listing at Pricefalls are there for sale and retailers coming from IR1000 club – are the testimony to its rise.
That said. To succeed on Pricefalls (or anywhere else) you need to follow a certain guideline which helps you to not only list your products on the Pricefalls but also convert visitors and into customers and that too more often.
Therefore, without waiting for adieu, let’s get rolling.
First, what is necessary (without which you even won’t get started) and thereafter some examples to illustrate listings with some smart work.
There is some information which is mandatory to be provided which can be seen in the above image like Item Title, Brand Name, Pricing.
Then there is Product Description, the following product description is sorta special one as it mentions different sizes and some very crucial keywords.

Now moving to Product Specifications that contains – Brand Name, Condition, UPC, MPN, SKU. Also, Image URLs and Quantity constitutes the MANDATORY part of the listing.
The requirement of attributes changes as per the product type is chosen such as →
Color: Required for apparel and jewelry. (20 character limit).
Material: Required for apparel and jewelry. (20 character limit)
Pattern: Recommended for apparel, jewelry, and furniture. (20 character limit)
Gender: Required for apparel and jewelry. (‘Male’, ‘Female’, or ‘Unisex’)
Size: Required for apparel jewelry. (20 character limit)
Age Group: Required for apparel. (‘Baby’, ‘Toddler’, ‘Kids’, ‘Teen’, ‘Young Adult’, ‘Adult’)
These all factors combine to create a listing which offers a purchase-worthy information to sellers. However, it’s not enough. In fact, it was far from enough.
To see what are the Mandatory, Optional and Possibly required fields, refer to this link from
Pricefalls → What Product Details Do I Need To List Products?
It contains all the information that you need to get, so we can discuss what’s important, How to use those important to create a listing that converts high.
Consider the following image:

See the Title: Firstly, the Title can be 255 characters long. So there you have it, now what to include.
If we do an anatomy of the Title here (it’s a top listing product!)
We see here BRAND NAME followed by Category [Men’s Aloha Hawaiian Shirt] ]and its distinctive feature and some additional content [Short Sleeve Button Down] that further defines the Shirt Type.
Therefore, a sample template for writing a Title could be:
Brand + Clothing Size Group (if applicable) + Defining Quality + Item Name + Style (if applicable) + Pack Count
Now that we’re done with the Title let’s see what you could do with the description and again this listing.

See What the sellers have done Since he had several sizes which weren’t present as attributes, so he became innovative and created on this own.
PRO TIP:
This is possible only if you know your buyer persona like the back of your hand. Therefore, interact with your buyer as much as possible. Kudos to him!
And the other smart things is inserting some intent-based keywords:
Such as Beachwear, Men’s Swimwear, Regular Fit, Bachelor Stag Party, Caribbean Evening, Gift for Boyfriend and more.
The point here is the seller included all those key terms which are generally associated with products from its sizing to the occasion where it can be worn to mentioning it as a gift and what not!
Although I would say he went on to extra length to insert keywords which can come as stuffing. But it did the trick for him. It just boosted his organic search on the Pricefalls!
However, it’s the not the only way, Pricefalls also offers up to 10 custom options to include as your attribute to define its product type which one of the sellers has done (See the below image)

Can you see all the Feature 1, 2,3, 4 and 5?
Sellers can upload up to 10 images for an item which should have different angles. The accepted image format is JPG, PNG, and GIF.
Some of the things to avoids or DON’Ts:
DOs:
There you have it, now that you’re well aware of the tricks to get your products appeared in top search positions, what are you waiting for, go and implement it!
