Vendor RMA is an important feature to build a good customer service from multi vendor store. Vendor RMA gives a second chance to the vendors and the administrator to meet the expectations of any unsatisfied customer from either the admin’s end or the vendors end. An administrator can himself handle RMA if a vendor fails to do so, and increase sites authentication.
Product wise RMA Creation and Re-creation.
If a customer feels that the product delivered to him was not up to the mark according to his expectations, such as the product gets damaged quickly, is of lower quality than promised, or defective and the likes, the RMA Addon allows the administrator to build a platform for customers to complain regarding the problems faced with the product. Customer can feel the need to create RMA for some of the products in a group of products, so our RMA allows the individual product selection to generate RMA and if it is within the time span then RMA for same product can be regenerated if that product was not refunded earlier.
Administrator and vendor can choose from various RMA settings.
Administrator can choose to allow or deny messaging system, or to notify by mails. They can also choose to allow Guest users for RMA service, and much more. For the cases of vendor, an administrator can set various permissions for each vendor, such as whether to allow vendor to create RMA from the vendor panel, or can chat with a customer etc. Vendor can also choose from their panel to accept RMA or not, in such a case administrator will handle RMA and a lot more.
Features Such as Customer Filtering.
Features such as Customer Filtering, RMA date filtering; causes of RMA and others allow the Administrator to analyze the cause of RMA creation and RMA patterns. The Administrator can determine which vendor has handled or faced the RMA for what products. Vendors can also view and analyze various RMA for certain products.
Administrator Controlled Multiple Types of RMA.
Administrator can add various status types, RMA reason types, Package position and other conditions in his Magento 2 Store. Vendor can select various status and other options for RMA. Provides the customers with elaborate RMA policy CMS page. Administrator can create and attach a CMS Page to be presented whenever any customer requests an RMA.
This addon will not work without the above given extension.

To open my marketplace we considered several options like Shopify and Bigcommerce, however they don’t offer the degree of the customization (in a pricing) that CedCommerce does. The thing that I'm most impressed with CedCommerce is there availablity from a support standpoint, They seem available almost 24*7, So this was the reason we were impressed with CedCommerce , Then from Jet, we moved onto Walmart.com Extension then we moved to Sears/Kmart extension, Wish extension and now with Walmart-Canada. They are very reasonable on the programming cost. So If You are looking for a good company I'd definitely recommend CedCommerce
