Admin of a system needs to have a Google API key, so that the customer Auto Location can be fetched and the suggested stored can be displayed accordingly. Note: Hyperlocal is an add-on to the Magento 2 Multi Vendor System. In order to use this you must have installed Cedcommerce Magento 2 Multivendor Marketplace System.
Admin can add multiple ship areas and zip codes using csv for the respective ship area.
Admin needs to enter the map API key for geolocation and google autocomplete location.
Admin can set the Filter type from configuration.There are three types of filter defined at admin panel :
Filter products by City, Country and State (customer can buy products which are available to deliver in his city, state and country)
Filter products by Zipcode (customer can buy products which are available to deliver in the customer's zip code)
Filter products by Distance - Admin can define the filter range and can select the unit (km or miles)
Admin can also define the popup title, which is displayed to the customer at frontend to enter the location or zip code.
Vendor can add multiple ship areas and multiple zip codes using csv for shipping.
Vendor can also manage the zip codes for the ship area, can add a single zip code, can delete/edit zipcode for the ship area.
Vendor can edit/delete the ship Location.
At the time of vendor registration, through geolocation it will fetch the current location of the vendor and autofill the field, latitude and longitude fields and if vendor wants he/she can change the location by Google autocomplete location in the registration page.
Vendor can also select the multiple ship areas for each product (if admin selects Filter location - Product location in the configuration).
Through geolocation, it will fetch the customer current location and filter products everywhere in the site with the selected location/zip code (based on the configuration).
If customer wants to change the location he can change from the frontend.
Customer can not add products to the cart until he doesn't select any location.
Validation at checkout that the products added in the cart are available for the selected shipping or billing address.
Will customer filter the products everywhere in the site with the selected location/zip code?
Yes, by using vendor Hyperlocal addon customer can easily filter the product in the site based on location.
Can customer add the product in the cart without selecting the location?
No, without selecting the location customer will not be able to add the product in his cart.

How admin can enable/disable the features of Vendor Hyperlocal addon from admin panel?
By going to Stores > Configuration > Hyperlocal System from where admin can enable the features of vendor Hyperlocal addon after choosing the option “Yes”.
How can Admin manage the Delivery location?
By going to Admin > Hyperlocal System > Delivery Locations where admin can view and manage all the added Shipping areas.
Can admin add the deliverable Pincode on the basis of location on behalf of the vendor?
Yes, by going to admin panel click on vendor location >vendor and then select the location from where admin can add the deliverable pin code.
How can vendor assign the location at the time of product creation?
By going to vendor panel select New product >Add product>Shipping location where he has the option to select the delivery location.
How this geolocation exactly work?
Admin needs to enter the Google map API key for geolocation, through this it will fetch all the current location of customer’s.
