Magento 2 Customer Reward Management Extension allows you to implement your own customer reward programs and comes with all the essential tools that will help you build long-term relationships with your customers.


With this extension, you can reward your customers for purchasing at your store or performing certain actions (e.g. registration, purchase, referral, birthday) by giving them reward points. Customers can use these points as discounts on subsequent purchases. It will allow you to convert your visitors into loyal and potential customers of your store.


With this module, you can encourage customers to make frequent purchases and bring in more customers on your site thereby increasing conversion and boosting sales.













Admin Features

  • Reward points can be assigned for individual products or a default value can be set.

  • The validity of reward points earned by a customer can be configured from backend.

  • Rewards points can be set for every new registration on your website.

  • With inbuilt referral program, reward points for invited and invitee customers can be set.

  • The default content of the referral email message can be applied from the backend.

  • Specific reward points can be rewarded to customers on their birthdays.

  • Points can be awarded to the customer whenever their referred user makes the first and subsequent purchases respectively.

  • View details of reward points earned and used by all the customers

  • Add multiple rules and priority for application of reward point during checkout based on various cart attributes like items, qty, weight, shipping region and many more.

  • Details of reward points associated with each product can be viewed on the product listing and view page.

  • Customers can view details of all the reward points earned along with their expiry date at one place.

  • Referral link to multiple email ids can be sent at once from the portal along with customers’ custom email subject and message.

  • Customers can even share their unique referral link on their social media accounts like Gmail, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.

  • Users are given reward points for referring the website to new users and registering via referral link.

  • Customers are also rewarded with points when their referred users make their first or subsequent purchases.

  • Birthday reward points are also awarded to the customer on their birthdays.

  • Reward points can be added back to the account when a customer makes a refund.
