Under the current policy, if an order is not delivered within two days after the estimated delivery date, customers can request a refund, which TikTok Shop may approve. The new policy extends this period, allowing TikTok Shop to automatically approve refund requests if an order remains undelivered four days beyond the estimated delivery date. Notably, items that are eventually delivered will not qualify for delayed delivery refunds.
