With the launch of Amazon SG, the company wants to take the fight to South-East Asian giants like Lazada & Shopee. It will be interesting to see how Amazon copes with the immense competition from established marketplaces like Alibaba & Shopee.
Amazon’s launch in Singapore has made a great impact on the SEA Market. It enables shoppers in the region to get access to all product categories, even to the Kindle e-books which wasn’t the case earlier. This will enable sellers to get more traffic to their websites.
