RMA extension by CedCommerce for Magento 2 not only provides a control to generate the RMA request and update to various return Status, but also gives an interactive messaging and notification system in order to understand product issues and improve customer service.

Administrator can choose from various RMA settings to establish their RMA services with clients.
Administrators can choose to allow or deny messaging system, or to notify by mails.
They can also choose to allow Guest users for RMA service, and much more.
Elaborate RMA policy CMS page for customers.
Administrator can create and attach a CMS Page to be presented whenever any customer requests an RMA.
Analyze RMA trends.
Customer Filtering, RMA date filtering, causes of RMA, etc. allows the Admin to analyze the cause of RMA creation and RMA patterns.
Administrator controlled RMA of various types.
Administrator can add various status types, RMA reason types, Package position and other conditions in its Magento 2 Store.
Supports Magento 2 layouts
Page structures are designed using the default Magento 2 paging structure with little theme configuration. Pages facilitate dynamic order selection and product listing.
Product vise RMA creation and recreation
Customer can feel the need to create an RMA for some of the products in a group of product, so our RMA extension for Magento2 allows the individual product selection to generate an RMA and if it is within the time span then an RMA can be generated for the same product if the product was not refunded earlier.
