Highly Recommended Help Desk Functionality !

Good extension , makes it much easier to manage support emails, tickets etc.This is my 3rd extension from them and probably the best of the lot. Some features are really nice. Go for it without thinking twice if you are looking for similar functionality.

Ticket Escalation feature ... isn't it cool

very easy to use and take away all your headache of management... Its a must use add-on I must say...
