Customer can rate the vendors as well as booking products like : Hotel, Rental Products. And after placing the order customer can review and rate the booking product & vendor from his/her account. A notification email is send to the customer when the service is completed for the customer.

The admin can enable/disable notification setting and also approve reviews.






Admin can also disapprove reviews, if any review is not up to the mark according to the admin.
