Marketplace Basic is the Multi-Vendor Module for Magento 2. It can help you in setting up your Multi-vendor store with Magento.
Unlimited vendors can be added to your store with an attractive & easy to use dashboard for each vendor separately so, the vendors can keep a track of their pending amount, sales reports, orders based on country, and recently placed orders.
Individual Shop page
Each vendor will have a distinct shop URL that leads to an isolated shop page. The vendor can list all the products and profile information on the vendor shop page.
Basic management
Vendors on the multivendor marketplace can manage their transactions, can see and print the orders and create the products.
Well organized Dashboard
The vendor dashboard will provide a complete statistical view for products, orders & earnings on the Magento 2 marketplace.

Product Creation by vendors on your Magento Marketplace

They will be able to create the products in the categories allowed by the marketplace owner. They can mention the price, SKU, product details, inventory details & add images for their products.
Admin can limit the usage of downloadable types of products by allowing only limited file formats such as jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, rar. Admin can also limit the number of product creation by vendors and can make the approval compulsory for a product to go live on Magento marketplace.
Order & Transaction on the Magento based marketplace
Vendors can check the details of their orders on the marketplace from their individual dashboard. Vendors can also analyze the countries over a map from where the orders have been placed for their products.
They can be able to see the analytical reports for their orders and transactions on your multivendor marketplace such as Total earned amount, Total pending amount and total sold products, etc.
Flexibility for Admin to hide customer info from vendors & vice versa. (M2.4.5 & Above)

Admin can hide customer info from vendors completely. This feature might help in case you think that vendors can approach the customers directly for business & bypassing the order on your multi-vendor marketplace.

Admin can also hide vendor details from the customers from orders, invoices & storefronts. This feature might help if you are setting up an online dropshipping business but don't want your customers to know that orders are being fulfilled by other sellers.

If Admin has chosen to hide vendor details from the customers then the Marketplace page (the page where all vendor shops are being listed), Vendor shop pages, Vendor name on the vendor’s product pages & cart page will get disabled as well.

Simple transaction among Customers, vendors, and admin
Once you set up your multivendor marketplace on Magento, customers can purchase the items on the marketplace. Customers can add products from separate vendors in the same cart and proceed to the checkout to purchase products from different vendors simultaneously.
Customers can pay through their credit or debit cards, bank transfer, check/money order and COD. Once the order is completed, the admin can see the amount he has to pay the vendor while the vendors can see the pending amount on his panel in your Magento marketplace. Admin can configure the commission amount as fixed or percentage-based.
Separate Shop page and centralized hyperlink on the Multivendor Marketplace User Interface
All the vendors will have their shop pages separately and they can add the profile picture, company banner, company logo as well as SEO details (Meta titles & description)for their shop so they can be found in Google search on your marketplace. They will also be able to mention their website name, address, email, contact no, Facebook and twitter URL so they can build their trust among customers.
The Marketplace hyperlink in the front end is used to list all the vendors associated with the Magento based multi-vendor marketplace at a single link. Customers can search the vendors by vendor’s names, country, and zip codes.
Multilanguage, Multicurrency & RTL based multivendor marketplace
You can build your e-commerce website on Magento 2 with different languages and even RTL languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. You can enable different currencies on your Magento based multivendor marketplace.
