I'm using Prestashop already. any serious need to upgrade to . if yes, how can I do that in order not to affect my current theme and some customized works that have been done on it and some modules?

      Hey Ezubelu,
I believe that Keeping up with the latest technology always gives you an upper hand. There isn't an inch of doubt that Prestashop version has made some exceptional changes in UI of back office to provide more convenience to admin. Moreover there is added support to PHP 7.3 which was till 7.2 for version.

Speaking of your other concern which was the affect to the current theme and some customized work – so the answer is NO, the theme should not create any issue but it may need some modification due to theme structure or coding pattern which can easily be managed by a professional.

In case you have any more doubts or need assistance in upgrade to, please do get in touch with us

Thanks and have a nice day
