Adding to their union last month, Amazon is now enhancing the Buy with Prime services, enabling sellers to use BwP to offer direct purchases via TikTok ads. To assist merchants build and scale their businesses across their websites, marketplaces, and social commerce channels, Amazon has rolled out a suite of externalized eCommerce services that leverage the power of Amazon’s prime shopping experience, to begin with.
Buy with Prime has introduced a new advertising solution for its sellers. The sellers will now be able to display the Prime brand and real-time delivery estimates in their TikTok ads starting this October.
Here’s how it will happen – The seller can add the Shop with Prime button on their TikTok ads. Upon clicking this button, the customers will be directed to the seller’s website to place their order, while enjoying the fast and reliable services of Buy with Prime.
With this addition of featuring the Prime delivery estimate in TikTok ads, Amazon intends to assist sellers in standing out, driving traffic from the social commerce channel, and increasing conversion.
In August 2024, Amazon began enabling TikTok users to purchase Amazon products directly within the TikTok app, through ads. Once they are ready to make a purchase, all they have to do is link their TikTok account to their Amazon account through a secure and one-time setup.
These new capabilities are part of Amazon’s focus on innovating to help businesses of all sizes increase their sales on their preferred mode of channels, beyond Amazon.
