The CedCommerce software we purchased is a very valuable asset of our online store now and we are thinking to also purchase it for Amazon and other marketplaces, soon. The system might appear a bit odd in the first place if you are used to some other popular apps but after a short one-day introduction assisted by one of CedCommerce's engineers you get the idea about why it is set up like that. The system forces you to work and set up every product properly (!) and thereby guarantees a smooth push to the respective marketplace so you can be sure that your merchant account on the marketplace will not get rated down due to wrong product descriptions or anything else. CedCommerce service was (and still is) on a very personal level, always 110% responsive. They can usually assist in any issue within a couple of hours and find a solution to our problem.
