Within a day of purchasing i was on a call with Payal and Ambikesh setting everything up and troubleshooting for me specific needs.
I am absolutely astounded by the level of customer service from Ambikesh, Payal and Rantndeep.
I have never had a customer service team reach out to me before... Ambikesh sent me a few messages during the first week of installation just to check in and see if i was able to get everything working correctly.
Overall an amazing service. 5* all round, 6* for customer service if it was allowed. I wish other plugins customer support was as good! -

Having all my products managed in WooCommerce so I don't have to update information and images each time. My inventory, pricing and images are sent to Etsy and Amazon as needed. Wayfair is more limited, but it is because Wayfair doesn't provide the APIs needed for that.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have a more consistent interface between all plugins. They have a different look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two things
- Product management is done in a single place (WooCommerce).
- I like how order management is simplified too, not only the orders are copied to WooCommerce, but I can manage the status and shipping information from WooCommerce too. -

The cost per year is very low compared to others. We needed some custom work to be done. The teams were able to do it for a great price and everything works well.
What do you dislike?
The Etsy team was a little unprofessional. However, they were able to get everything done exactly how we requested. The teams are based in India, so communication was a little tricky based on the time differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are creating an auto product updater soon that would help tremendously with automation for our business. -

Excellent Customer Support!
JohnI was searching for a solution to migrate from Shopify from so I could have more control over my online shop, all the while using that platform for managing my marketplace presences on Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. I had used solutions by CEDCommerce on the Shopify platform without a hitch, so it was a natural transition to look into what they had to fit the WooCommerce platform.
They were very responsive from the start. I had a few issues in the onboarding, but the team was quick to jump in take care of the issues so I didn't miss a beat during my busy holiday season. Once everything was set up, it's just as seamless as it was on the Shopify platform.

They did a customized version for ETSY orders import, now we are working in a auto-Invoice for each order in a customized way also and in the next weeks we will have a customization for Amazon-Woocommerce pluging-.
That one is complicated also so I will leave a Review when that pluging is already finish and working.

This company is really amazing
JazmieThis company is really amazing. They make everything so easy. I purchased this plug-in to connect my Etsy to my Woocommerce store. It’s able to bulk upload products with all the listing information already pre filled and update stock quantity and price every time there is a purchase made or price change. They have helped me with much more. I had a plug-in that allowed for a site wide sale on my wordpress website but it ended up causing an issue with my prices on Etsy and they were able to fix the problem in less than hour of me contacting them and they were also able to fix the issue with my store wide sale plug-in so that when I run the sale on my wordpress website it won’t affect my prices on Etsy. I am also going to start working with them this week with connecting my Amazon store to both my Etsy and wordpress site. I really am happy I found this company. They make the process of connecting a store very easy. I am very happy with the service and customer support. Great job!

We have one particular recommendation. In terms of updating the product images on Etsy, it would be great if there was a feature that deleted the current images on Etsy and uploaded the new ones from your website. When we tried to upload the new images from our site to Etsy, the upload did not reflect on Etsy until we when into each listing and deleted all the old images. not a major issue, but may be worth looking.
Also great support! The company is easy to deal with and also very responsive. -

Bei Problemen mit den Modulen habe ich kurz eine WhatsApp- Nachricht geschrieben und es hat sich sofort ein Entwickler dem Problem angenommen. Die Module sind(wenn auch in Englisch) strukturiert aufgebaut. Was ganz wichtig ist, das verwenden von Umlauten( ä ü ö) war kein Problem. Die Fehlermeldungen könnten etwas besser beschrieben/umschrieben werden.

Great technical support but customer service needs sharpening
StevenThis company make and manage good plugins. There was a slight issue when trying to get some money back but in fairness it was likely just a delay in communication from within their company. I did finally receive a resolution, some 30 days after a refund was agreed and it looks as though someone who cares about customer service jumped in to fix things.
I have a couple of their products running on my website. The Woocomerce plugin which connects with Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. The stock is aligned and you can sync product listings and imports orders in to woocommerce. Perfect solution for what I wanted. -

I have researched other ways to intergrade woocommerce with Etsy, but cedcommerce was the only one that gives you the ability to control your Etsy price. You can set your Etsy price which can be different from your woocommerce price or other marketplaces. Also it takes care of most of Etsy fields with the category specific options. Best plugin, saves time and you can never oversell! -

Whilst I had a questionable experience with CED Commerce 2 years ago they seem to really have their act together now. They sold me a product that connects a complicated Etsy catalogue with a Woocommerce catalogue.
The implementation was smooth and the product works flawless. They even went out of their way to alter the code for a specific request I had. Their customer service is excellent, their product is excellent. I can't reccomend them enough. -

EmmaI have purchased the Etsy integration as I have manually been managing the stock in Etsy and at busy times this caused me no end of stress with fear of loosing sales or selling stock I didn't have. We've had to make some tweaks to get the two to talk to each other and I've had to pay to have some customization done but the time this will save me in the long run, especially at Christmas, will be amazing.
The guys are really patient especially with someone who is not completely tech savvy and also trying to home school 2 children at the same time! Thank you to Ratndeep and Syed for helping my little business be more efficient.

Chris KicklasI was hoping to be able to build out an integration on my own between my stores and etsy, but it was taking too long. I purchased this plugin, went through the really well written documentation, and got it up and running. I will say that I ended up having an issue getting it to work right out of the box, and reached out to the support, and the support may have been the BEST part of my whole experience. They VERY QUICKLY responded back to me, added me to a WhatsApp group, put me in touch with a developer, and figured out there was an issue with my etsy setup that they were able to quickly work around and within 20 minutes all my products were in etsy. Excellent work!
How could it be improved?
For what I needed, this is perfect. I am sure after I use it for a while, there will be lots of new features that could be added to make it even more awesome!
