Their plug-in managed to map from WooCommerce properly variables that hold variations and map them with all the necessary properties that we needed, such as price and stock level from eBay, order fulfillment from WooCommerce to eBay, and additional tracking number that needed to be pushed to eBay fulfilled orders.

The plugin we purchased has worked, out of the box. They customized our plugin to our needs the same day i requested the changes.

makes selling on web market simple and keeps all data in sync with your woocommerce store. Very responsive support team, any changes are completed quickly with no fuss. THey even customised the data sent to market places based on our woocommerce layout

There is nothing to dislike about the product. It takes a little time to configure correctly, but this allows the product to be more flexible than competing products.

Saves a large amount of time as we now only create parts and update information on our website, this is then transferred to other market places

The cost per year is very low compared to others. We needed some custom work to be done. The teams were able to do it for a great price and everything works well.

What do you dislike?
The Etsy team was a little unprofessional. However, they were able to get everything done exactly how we requested. The teams are based in India, so communication was a little tricky based on the time differences.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are creating an auto product updater soon that would help tremendously with automation for our business.

We used the eBay WooCommerce plug-in which works perfectly out of the box but we needed some additional features and the coding adjustment is completed real time while you are chatting to them not scheduled for a week later like some other developers I have used

CED Commerce provided software for connectivity between Aha Bazaar (developed on WordPress) and Amazon and eBay. They also did custom coding for a number of functionalities on Aha Bazaar.

Better look and feel of Aha Bazaar Cart Page

We have tried various developers to achieve integration with our woocommerce and selling platforms over the last 10 years and have had little or no success until we found CEDcommerce.

We contacted the team regarding their woo to ebay integration for product management but also to upload tracking information to the relevant sales channel after dispatch. I was advised that this could all be done but a small modification to the plugin was required to allow this to work with our Royal Mail Shipping account.

Within a few days and with very little input from me, the team at CedCommerce installed and set up the plugin meaning that we no longer had to work across various platforms saving us countless hours per week by now carrying out all tasks from inside our own website.

Along with this we also asked the team to create a working ebay template so that we can now push new products from our woocommerce store directly to ebay.

All in all it has been a very good experience, with the team on hand in a whatsapp chat group to answer and assist with any questions I have whilst learning some of the more advanced functions of the plugin.

We will be asking CEDcommerce to carry out the same tasks on our 2nd website and more as our business progresses.

CEDcommerce have solved the issue with tracking being sent to ebay due to limitations with the Royal Mail click an drop shipping service and also central product management now possible. This is a big time saver and also helps keep our customers informed about deliveries. They have also tracked down many SKU errors we had on the website/ebay which have now been corrected

We have just been starting to use the Cedcommerce Ebay application, and for us as starters this comes with the occasional hiccups. The people from Cedcommerce have been very receptive to our issues/calls for help and have resolved every issue we had so far.

The plugin does about exactly what we needed (eBay integration) out of the box but what is the most remarkable about working with this company is the support -- it is easily the best I've had in 20 plus years in the industry. This company make and manage good plugins. There was a slight issue when trying to get some money back but in fairness it was likely just a delay in communication from within their company. I did finally receive a resolution, some 30 days after a refund was agreed and it looks as though someone who cares about customer service jumped in to fix things.

I have a couple of their products running on my website. The Woocomerce plugin which connects with Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. The stock is aligned and you can sync product listings and imports orders in to woocommerce. Perfect solution for what I wanted.
