  • Which country Use the SMSA online shipping extension?

    • SMSA Shipping is an online shipping extension which allows domestic shipping facilities only for Saudi Arabia.

  • Can customers see the rate calculated according to the weight on the cart page in shipping time?

    • Yes , if Admin enabled the setting from admin panel then the customer can easily see the calculated rate of the product.


  • How Can admin enable the SMSA Shipping method from admin panel?


    • By going to the System > Configuration > Shipping Method section. From there “SMSA Shipping” group section is opened, from there you can set the “Enabled” field to “Yes”.


  • Can customer see the SMSA shipping method & its rates on checkout page as well.?



    • Yes, if SMSA Shipping would be enabled from admin panel then the customer will be able to see its rates at the time of checkout.



  • How can Admin track the SMSA shipment order which is placed by customer?



    • After generating the shipment, the tracking number will automatically get assigned to the order where Track this shipment link will appear on the page from where Admin can easily track the order.





  • How this SMSA shipping method is different from other shipping methods?

    • Using this shipping method, Admin can set price for first X Kg of weight and also the price of each additional Kg.






  • Can Admin generate Shipping Label?


    • Yes, Admin can generate shipping label by following below step:
    1.By Manage Shipment grid to shipment page.
    2.On the shipment page, there will appear a button to generate SMSA Shipping Label Pdf.
