Is there a difference between upload products and create listings? / How to upload products on OnBuy?
When you try to select the option of Upload product, it will create a new product in the database of OnBuy. If a similar product is already available in the OnBuy database, it will issue the OnBuy Product Code, and you can create a listing for that product.
I got the OPC, but yet the products are not uploaded. Why?
This is because such a product already exists in the Onbuy Database so, you now need to create a listing of it.
What is the difference between these product status - "processing on OnBuy," "invalid on OnBuy," and "uploaded on OnBuy"?
In the First scenario, when you try a Fresh product upload -> if the product uploaded, then product status will be 'Uploaded on OnBuy' otherwise 'Invalid On OnBuy.' Please check if OPC is assigned to it or not. Then you have to try to Create a listing with OPC: if the listing is created, then product status will be 'Processing on OnBuy.' If there is an error, then the status will be 'Invalid on OnBuy.' In the last scenario, when one tries to Create listing without OPC -> it will give an error message, if the product does not have OPC, kindly re-upload the product.
