They can use those points as a discount on their next purchase. Thus, the Reward Point Management System helps the Magento 2 store owners to make their store popular among the customers.
Also, the users have the facility to earn the reward points through referring their friends – on successful registration of the each referred customer and also when the referred customer purchases the products from the website.Reward points are displayed along with products on the website which is configured by the store administrator.
Configuration of Reward Points Module- Admin sets the reward price value,Expiration period with Active maximum point for order.
Find the products online- Customers can browse the website for their favorite products and add them to shopping cart easily.Reward points are displayed along with the products.
Proceed to payment- Customer can make payment online to complete the purchase and place the order.
Reward Points- On order completion customers will get reward points and can check the same on My Reward Point section of My Account.
At admin end-
After the successful installation of Magento 2 Customer Reward Points Module admin can enable the Customer Reward Management module and it will be available at the front end.
Enable Reward System: Select Yes to enable the extension features.
Show Product Page Point: Select Yes to display the reward points on the Product page.
Point: Set up the Reward Point value.
Point Price: Set up the price amount for the Reward Point value.
Product Point: Point defined for each product.
Define Reward Point Expiration Period: Set up the Number of days to define the expiration period of the reward point.
Point For Registration Successful: Set up the Points that the front-end users can earn after successful registration.
Active Maximum Point For Order: Select one of the following options:
Signup Point: The reward points that the customer can earn when any of the referred customers sign ups with the referral URL.
Referral Reward: The referral reward points that the referred customers can earn if they sign up with the referral URL.
Support Email Id: Email Id of the support team.
Default Email Message: Email message content that the customers can receive.
Birthday Reward Point: The reward points that the customers can receive on their birthday.
Point for 1st Referral Purchase: Points that the customers can earn when their referrals make their first purchase.
Point Referral Purchase: Points that the customers can earn when their referrals make their purchases other than the first purchase.
At front end-
Customers can view all the details of their reward points in My Reward Point section and can use them accordingly on their next purchase.
Helps in customer retention- Helps you to keep your customers engaged with your business,once the customer has earned reward points from the website they will prefer to make more purchases in order to use the earned points.
Customer Satisfaction- Improve customer satisfaction by rewarding them on their special occasion such as birthday etc.
