Amazon Launches Agentic AI-Powered Seller Assistant Tool
Amazon has upgraded its Seller Assistant into an always-on, agentic AI partner to help third-party
Portland, Oregon (17.03.2020): CedCommerce has recently introduced a new section in its Wish Integration App that makes it compatible with the Wish Return Program. Now, manage Wish Return Program easily.
The Wish Return Program ensures that the return process becomes easier for Wish merchants. Under this program, merchants with the U.S. or European Return address may enroll their products for returns from the U.S. or European customers respectively. Thus, we have now aligned the app with the Wish Return Policy.
The products that have Logistics Information in Wish are eligible for this Program. The products that the sellers ship to the United States and certain European countries will be eligible for return.
For the U.S. return, merchants must have a return warehouse in the U.S. i.e. if the return is from the U.S.based customer then the merchants should have an inventory location in the U.S.
For the EU return, merchants must have a warehouse in any one of the locations mentioned below:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
For the EU return, the customers must be located in one of the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Our app has been made compatible with the Wish Return Program so that the merchants can easily enroll & operate their warehouses for the return of the products from their customers based out of the U.S and Europe.
The merchants either fetch or create the Warehouses as per their locational requirements. You can create the new warehouse either from the i) “Manage returns>Manage Warehouse” section or the ii) “Enroll in Return” sections of the app.
The section will display the products uploaded on Wish.com from which the merchants can choose and enroll the desired products in the Wish Return Program.
This will redirect you to the “Enroll in Return” section, where you will require to enter the length, weight, height, and width of the products that you want to enroll in the Wish Return Program (In the Products Logistics SubSection).
In the “Return Warehouse Information” SubSection of the Enroll in Return section, you can assign locations to your warehouse(s).
The app can be viewed for its salient features and can be availed from the Shopify App Store.
If you sell on Wish from Shopify through the Wish Integration App. Then, it is very easy for you to enroll in the Wish Return Program through our app. We accredit this to the capability of the app to manage products on both platforms simultaneously.
