They are very good in supporting you. I was having problems with app, but they help me through. Before I select products for my site, I have to select many different option to choose from like products Brand, category , prices, and more. They solved my concern. They should improve the speed of products import specially on products images, the current speed is Good enough but improvement for excellence When you see something is not right , ask them they will help you

The Terms & features that they have provided, are very clear and perfect to use. 1) The Advanced search 2) Product management 3) The category mapping in bulk 4) Product price management If You want to see the differences in this app then I suggest that you must use this app and take a trial.
