February 20, 2017, (Portland/Oregon) – Cedcommerce on Saturday released multiple addons for his its Magento Marketplace extension. The addons are addition to its already expansive 60+ family. The new addons are related with marketing, shipping order and flexibility of customers getting orders from different vendors. Also, there is an extension related with shipping and, an addon related with marketing for Woocommerce Wholesale Marketplace.
1- Vendor Badges addon is a powerful monitoring and regulation tool that empowers admin to award badges to vendor according to the sales and rating points they get from customers. With it customers can easily distinguish between an average, great and mediocre vendor.
2- Split Cart is a addon for Magento 2 marketplace. With this addon customers can choose different payment and shipping methods for different vendors from whom they purchased the products.
3- Vendor EMS Shipping Addon is a Cedcommerce Marketplace Extension for Magento 2 which allows Vendor to set EMS shipping for their product. It calculates the shipping cost based on the destination country and total parcel weight. It allows each vendor to enable/disable the EMS Shipping methods for their product
4- Vendor Sub Account will send request to particular email to join as a sub user. Sub-account is used especially when the vendor himself is unable to manage his products, order, etc. and wants to create users with restricted access who can handle his account and manage his respective resources.
5- Vendor Promotion Rules allows vendors to set promotion rules for their products. Also, vendors can configure catalog rules and shopping cart price rules for their products. Promotional rules created by admin will also be applicable to the vendor products along with respective vendor’s rules.
With the launch of these addons the number of addons the Cedcommerce Marketplace extension becomes more feature rich and expands its functionality.
Also, for Magento users, Cedcommerce released EMS shipping extensions which any Magento user can install at their stores.
6- EMS Shipping module is a Magento 2 extension by CedCommerce which allows admin to set EMS shipping method for his products. Shipping cost is based on API and shipping cost is variable based on weight of package and destination country.
And there is one addon released for Woocommerce Wholesale addon as well, Wholesale Market Subscription extends the role request feature by enabling customers to subscribe for a given role for a certain period of time. Customers can choose from different subscription packages for the role groups defined by the admin, and each package contains subscription period(in months and days)
