Toadstool Seeds is an online seed retailer with a diverse catalog of more than 1,300 products. Despite a large inventory, the brand struggled with listing quality, product discoverability, and slow sales growth. The objective was to strengthen the store’s foundation through content optimization. A structured advertising strategy would then increase visibility, conversions, and revenue across the catalog.
When the project began, Toadstool Seeds faced several barriers that limited its ability to scale. Weak listing quality and a lack of advertising left the business dependent on organic traffic alone.
We deployed a growth strategy focused on organic optimization first, followed by structured paid advertising.
We optimized over 90% of product listings. This included improved titles, descriptions, attributes, and backend content, plus stronger keyword relevance for search visibility.
We raised the Content and Discoverability Score from 83.74% to 92%. The Listing Quality Score improved from 56% to 64%, strengthening indexing and marketplace visibility.
After optimization, we launched campaigns in January 2026. We drove qualified traffic, optimized continuously to improve ROAS and reduce CPC, and scaled high-performing products.
We analyzed GMV, unit sales, advertising metrics, and conversion trends regularly. This data-driven approach guided optimization for profitability and sustainable growth.
