Overview
CedCommerce Product FAQ is a simple module for Magento 2 E-Commerce platform, which allows the owner to create a knowledge base section for website on every product view page at frontend. Admin has the facility to add interactive questions on product pages at the time of product creation from the admin panel.
"Ask us" form is added on every product view page which enables the customer to submit his queries related to the product directly from product view page. Email alerts are also configured in this module such that whenever a question is asked by a customer or in case the admin replies to any question, then acknowledgement will be send to the customer on his mentioned email id.
