Overview

Vendor Support System Addon by CedCommerce for Magento 2 facilitates the customers to directly create a ticket from any vendor shop. All the tickets created at the vendor shop get auto-assigned to the respective vendor. The module allows the vendor to create tickets from his vendor panel. The vendor has the facility to process any tickets that were either auto-assigned to him or were assigned to him by the admin itself.
