Vendor Review And Rating Addon [M2]

Customers can rate the vendors for their services and can also view the reviews given by other customers.

Key features :

• Rate the Vendors: for their performance, quality and provide reviews to them.
• Modify Reviews: for creating new reviews, editing any information and deleting them if needed.
• Approve Reviews: before displaying them on frontend only when they seem to be genuine.

Rate the Vendors

The customers can rate the vendors on the basis of price, quality and services of their products, also provide their reviews and star ratings about any particular vendor by going to his shop page and filling up the review form. The star ratings will be visible on the Marketplace page (where the vendors shops are listed) and on the Vendor Shop page.

Edit or Delete the Reviews

Admin has the authority to modify the reviews as and when needed. He can create a new review, edit an already existing review and can even delete the reviews that are not required. There are two sections in the admin panel: one for Creating or Deleting the rating items and the other for Editing or Approving the Review & Ratings.

Approve Reviews

A setting has been provided in the admin panel using which the reviews can be made Live only after admin’s approval. If any review is not up to the mark according to the admin or is communicating false information, then that review can be unapproved by the admin and as a result will not show up at frontend.
