CedCommerce Vendor Product FAQ Addon for Magento 2 is a very usefull addon for CedCommerce marketplace,which allows the vendor to create a knowledge base section for their store on every product details page.
With the help of CedCommerce Product FAQ Addon, the vendor is able to add interactive questions on product pages from vendor panel at the time of product creation.

"Ask us" form is added on each product details page which enables the customer to submit their queries related to the product, directly from the product details page.

Vendor Product FAQ Addon also configures email alerts such that whenever a question is asked by a customer or in case vendor replies to any question then acknowledgement will be send to the customer on his mentioned email id.
