Vendor SLA Addon [M2]

Vendor SLA Addon is a CedCommerce Multi-Vendor Markteplace addon which facilitates the agreement between Marketplace Owner and Vendor with respect to cancellation/completion of orders from vendor.

Key features :

• Admin can apply a fee on the vendor if he cancels any order.
• Admin gets acknowledgement if the vendor cancels or activates any order.
• If the vendor exceeds the delivery time of any product, then the admin can charge fees from that vendor.
• For delay in order delivery or cancellation of any order, admin can set the fees in Magento admin panel.

Overview

Vendor SLA Addon is used to establish an agreement between the Marketplace Owner and the Vendor with respect to certain specific conditions like cancellation/completion of orders from vendor.

Features

Admin can enable/disable the addon by configuring the configurations provided in the admin panel

A certain amount can be charged from the vendor by the admin if the vendor cancels any order.

If any order is cancelled or activated by the vendor, admin is acknowledged for it.

Admin can impose a fee on the vendor If the delivery time of any product is exceeded by him.

There is also a feature using which the admin can set a fee in his Magento admin panel which will be applicable if any delay is found in order delivery or cancellation.
