Overview

The Live Support Addon enables a team member to act as a bridge between admin, vendors and customers. The team member will act as a channel through which customers can forward his queries to the admin, vendor or vice versa. Thus this Addons all those customers who want an efficient medium to get their queries solved instantly. For example, Mr X has some queries for admin. The Team Member will collect his queries and communicate the same to the admin.
