Vendor Request For Quotation addon by Cedcommerce allows your customers to negotiate the price and quantity of the vendors’ products. It allows your customers to submit quote requests for multiple products in the desired quantity and price. The purpose of this module is to enrich Magento with a complete request for quotation features. With this add-on, users can create quotes in the Magento front-end and manage the complete quotation process at the Magento or Vendor backend, and at the end convert it to order.

Customers can request quotes as per their demand for the price, after entering the quantity for products, customers have the flexibility to enter their desired price.

This addon is dependent on CedCommerce Multi-Vendor Marketplace.

The vendor and the customers are notified by activity on the quote. It happens from placing a new request for a quote to placing an order by the customer. It saves time by checking new updates on a requested quote by the vendor and customer. Also, the vendor gets notified once the quote will be accepted by the user and the order placed. The notification email includes short information related to the quote but for detailed information customers and vendors need to check with their panel.

Unlimited quote creation.

Customers can create unlimited quotations for unlimited products although the customer can request a quote that depends upon the admin and seller inventory for particular products and needs to be updated by seller/vendor and admin. When creating a proposal for a customer without an inventory update it will not allow the seller/vendor to send a proposal until the requested quote is available in their inventory. After the quotation request, the vendor can check all details of the quotation on the manage quote section and update inventory as per the global requirement of any products in their panel.
