Milky Mama is a leading maternal wellness brand focused on lactation support for breastfeeding mothers. Its product ecosystem includes lactation brownies, cookies, drink mixes, and herbal supplements. These products support nursing moms through every stage of their breastfeeding journey. We restructured the catalog using a parent-child variation strategy and category-based merchandising. This improved navigation, discoverability, and average order value across snacks, drinks, and supplements.
