I wanted an Amazon Integration to be able to use Amazon easier through my website.

I have purchased Amazon, eBay and Reverb integrations for Woocmmerce and all have worked well. The Amazon integration in particular is setup in a simple and easy to understand way, which made transfering our entire website inventory over to Amazon a relatively simple process. All of the initial setup is done by Cedcommerce, and support is offered at every step of the way. Extra care was also taken by Cedcommerce support, who checked our product mapping and settings before we transferred our listings to Amazon, to make sure everything was correct and would not cause any issues on the Amazon marketplace.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Cedcommerce for future products and services. -
Great technical support but customer service needs sharpening
StevenThis company make and manage good plugins. There was a slight issue when trying to get some money back but in fairness it was likely just a delay in communication from within their company. I did finally receive a resolution, some 30 days after a refund was agreed and it looks as though someone who cares about customer service jumped in to fix things.
I have a couple of their products running on my website. The Woocomerce plugin which connects with Etsy, Amazon and Ebay. The stock is aligned and you can sync product listings and imports orders in to woocommerce. Perfect solution for what I wanted. -

What a remarkable plugin!
ClintonI have used other marketplace integration software (ChannelUnity), but the problem was that it pushed all products that you listed on your online store to the marketplaces.. For example selling a vaporizer on your online store and having it push to eBay and Amazon no problem right? Well yes problem because you can't sell vapes or any tobacco product on Amazon. Well with using Channel Unity wasn't any unity with Amazon that's for sure. You couldn't get around it unless you just didn't post that product (Vaporizer) to any of the marketplaces. With CedCommerce you are able to move around this an post the vaporize and select which marketplaces you would want it to appear by creating the profiles. At first the profiles are a little cumbersome, but they are much need in order to get around such issues as tobacco products to the marketplaces... Cedcommerce Team is always willing and able to answer all of your questions and help you in the process of setting up the integration and also getting your feet wet on created you profiles for your products. Again what a remarkable plugin and needed plugin for anyone looking to integrate online store to the marketplaces. -
