Vendor Domain/Subdomain Addon [M2]

Vendor Domain/Subdomain Addon by CedCommerce for Magento2 allows the vendors to have their own subdomain or domain for their shop. They will be allowed to map their shop and its pages URL under domain or subdomain.

Key features :

• Customer will be able to access vendor’s shop and products under domain or subdomain directly.
• Vendor can decide if he wants to run shop on subdomain, domain or on marketplace site URL.
• Admin needs to approve domain name when vendor enters domain to map his shop.

Overview

Vendor Domain/Subdomain Addon facilitates the vendors to have their own subdomain or domain. A subdomain based on the vendor's shop URL gets auto-generated. The vendor gets an option to choose a URL for his shop page from the three options available. Now the vendors can have their own subdomain or domain which can be accessed by the customers directly for purchasing products.

Vendors can also display their products on their subdomain or domain.

Note: The vendor needs to map their domain to the server on which the main website is running as if the subdomains are not mapped to the main website domains then the extension will not work. Also, in order to map the domain to subdomains please connect with your server hosting provider.

Features

Admin can approve/disapprove vendor's request for domain/subdomain.

The vendors can have their own subdomain based on their shop URL.

The vendors can have their own domain and they can always switch between domain/subdomain.

Admin has been provided with a separate section to keep track of all the vendor domains/subdomains.

Admin can provide some domain/subdomain related instructions that will be available at vendor's panel.

The subdomain or domain displays the vendor's products.
