Vendor RMA Addon [M2] developed by CedCommerce for Magento® 2 provides a feature that enables front-end users to return products to vendors for their ease of management. This add-on supports only CedCommerce's Multi-vendor Marketplace extension and the Vendor Order add-on.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is part of the process of returning a product to receive a refund, get the product replaced, or get the product repaired during the warranty period or within the return cycle specified by the vendors.

The customers can return or exchange all or a selected number of items out of the ones purchased.

Easy to update settings

Easy to customize the settings, under RMA for order status settings e.g allow RMA for invoiced, and shipped product. Allow users to cancel the order when it is pending.

Customizable terms & conditions

Customize your terms, and conditions as per market standard then update it on the website for your customers, it can be updated to unlimited times by the vendors.

With the help of this addon, vendors can manage the RMA from customers, with its comprehensive features supports the multi-vendor returns for products. The chat group contains the vendor, admin, and the front-end users of the requested RMA.

Features Such as Customer Filtering

Features such as Customer Filtering, RMA date filtering; causes of RMA, and others allow the Administrator to analyze the cause of RMA creation and RMA patterns. The Administrator can determine which vendor has handled or faced the RMA for what products. Vendors can also view and analyze various RMA.

Administrator Controlled Multiple Types of RMA.

The administrator can add various RMA status types, RMA reason types, Package position, and other conditions in his Magento 2 Store. The vendor can select various status and other options for RMA. Provides the customers with an elaborate RMA policy.

Product-wise RMA creation and re-creation.

If a customer feels that the product delivered to him was not up to the mark according to his expectations, such as the product gets damaged quickly, is of lower quality than promised, or defective and the likes, the RMA System allows the administrator to build a platform for customers to complain regarding the problems faced with the product. Customers can feel the need to create RMA for some of the products from a group. Our RMA allows the individual product selection to generate RMA and if it is within the time then RMA for the same product can be regenerated.

Administrators and vendors can choose from various RMA settings.

The administrator can choose to allow or deny the messaging system, or to notify by mails. They can also choose to allow Guest users for RMA service. For the case vendors, an administrator can set various permissions, such as whether to allow the vendor to create RMA from the vendor panel, or to chat with a customer, etc. The vendor can also choose from their panel to accept RMA or not, in such a case the administrator will handle RMA and a lot more.
