Overview

Vendor Mass Import Export Addon for Magento-2 is a useful add-on for CedCommerce marketplace extension, which helps vendors to upload products in bulk.

The marketplace extension has to be installed in the first place to enable sellers/vendors to mass import/export products to the marketplace.

Vendors can filter attributes for which they do not want to show data in their CSV file. It has many pre-defined filter attributes.

The Vendors can upload products in bulk for related products and the ones for upselling and cross-selling purposes.

Automated import/update tasks

Automate the import and update task with a cron task. Admin will be notified for the importing process if allowed from admin configuration.

Upload multiple images

It has an option for bulk image upload. Here we can upload images in a very interactive way. We have a panel for uploading the image from here. The seller can select multiple images to upload. Once the product image is uploaded, the seller needs to use the uploaded image name in the product CSV file.

Note: For Downloadable Products, when you import CSV, you will have to add two extra columns, i.e., "downloadable_samples" and "downloadable_links" and fill them respectively.

Seamlessly Update Product Information

Bulk import/export addon allows you to import/export the product root categories, and their sub-categories. Seller/vendors can import/export other information related to product categories like meta descriptions, meta title, meta keywords as well as if the category is active.

Download all product data in just one-click

Downloading data one by one is very frustrating but with this addon vendors/sellers can download all product data/customers data in a bulk CSV file.

Error Handling.

This functionality tells the vendor how they are going to handle the errors during the product importing process. If the vendor sets this field to “Stop on Error,” then the importing process will be stopped when an error occurs and if the vendor has set this field to “Skip error entries” then it will not stop the importing process but only skip that particular product.
