Overview
BigCommerce to Magento Multivendor Integration provides the functionality to sync products and categories from BigCommerce store to Magento 2 multivendor website and orders from magento multivendor to BigCommerce. This addon works with a single click. The Vendor needs to simply fill in the details of the BigCommerce store like Store Hash and token, client ID, Client Secret Key in the import configuration and click on import further. Auto-Synchronization to Products and Categories Supported
All the products will be easily imported from BigCommerce Store to Magento 2 Multivendor Marketplace along with their product images, details, SEO keywords, price, special price and inventories in a single click. If your vendors want to import only some specific products to your Multivendor Marketplace, they can easily select the required categories and import products assigned to those categories of Multivendor Marketplace.
With the help of webhook, the products will automatically get added/updated/deleted to the Multivendor Marketplace from BigCommerce Store. Your vendors don’t need to import manually every time there is any update in the products.
Bulk Product and Category Import
It provides ease in making settings according to your server load for handling product creation at a time as you can select the chunk of products that you want to import at a time.
Attribute Mapping
During the import process, the product attributes will be compared between BigCommerce Website and the Multivendor website. If the attributes don’t exist, it will automatically create new ones to add product details to them. All the attributes with options on which behalf the variants get generated will be created and mapped on Magento Marketplace automatically.
Category Mapping and Inventory Update

Order Synchronization
Order syncs from Magento Multivendor Marketplace to BigCommerce stores at the moment the order will be placed on Magento Marketplace. If due to any reason the order didn’t get synced, then vendor can easily sync the orders to bigcommerce store from their vendor panel order grid. And all the order processes like Invoices and shipments will be synced from the BigCommerce store to Magento Multivendor Marketplace with the help of webhooks. Note: For the order synchronization process to run, Vendor Order Addon should be configured on your Multivendor Marketplace.
