Overview

Either you want to host a music concert, seminar, live shows or workshops, the ticketing system is a must-have feature for creating and selling tickets, managing events, and booking seats. For helping event organizers to manage their event effectively, CedCommerce came with the Event Booking System for Magento 2.

Admin can even add the event organizer's name while creating any event. Moreover, admin can categorize the tickets, such as VIP, executive, etc. This extension will help customers get aware of the upcoming events and set reminders for the event for which they booked the tickets for. The customer would be able to download the booked tickets, that contain the QR code and event information. The customer could even choose when he wants to attend the event from the available dates specified by the admin.

Create events and tickets with variable options

Admin can create events with different types of options for the audience categorization such as VIP, Regular, Adult, Child, etc. and display it on the events product page as different options. Tickets can be created for single as well as multiple dates such as recurring dates - Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

The amount for all types of tickets would be predefined by the admin and it will display on the event booking page as the customer would select the booking date. Total no. of available tickets will be displayed on the product page and the remaining seats available to be booked.

Manage events with ease

Admin can easily manage the upcoming events and bookings for the tickets along with the booking status from the dashboard. The order details can even be exported for the offline management of the events by the organizer from the order grid. Admin can edit the properties of events simply in the administrator panel.

Download Tickets with QR codes for events

Customers can print their event tickets with the QR code from the customer panel. The template of the ticket is predefined.

There is a facility for the admin to decide the pattern of the particular events’ ticket numbers. It will help them to easily track the event from the ticket number itself.

Set up reminder emails for upcoming events

A reminder email can be scheduled for the customers for the upcoming events for which they have registered. Admin can prepare the mail template from the admin configuration.
