No, there is no need of sending invoice copies to Wayfair as they use PO information to send payments. When sellers receive the remittance advice, they must refer Wayfair POs to apply payments in their accounting system.

In the case of returns, Wayfair will deduct agreed upon allowance from every Supplier invoice and in return will not seek credits related to these issues. Buyer’s remorse returns will be shipped to Wayfair’s warehouse.
