After uploading the product, If there is no error ,it will not show instantly but takes few minutes to process Item feed request and once it processed on Walmart your product will be visible on Walmart. You can also check Feed status in your Magento store under Walmart > Walmart Product > Walmart Product Feeds.
You can search the Walmart Tax Code under System -> Configuration -> Walmart Configuration. You can search for a tax code according to the category of products which you are selling. After Selecting the Tax Code, Save the configuration.
To manage this type of return there is a panel Walmart Refund:-
1. Select Walmart > Walmart Orders > Refund from the menu section to open the Refund Management page.
2. Click on "Get Updated Refund Status" button to get Updated Refund Status immediately.
3. Click on Create New Refund button to open Refund Information form.
4. This will open a form for entering the Refund related information.
5. Enter Purchase Order Id and hit submit , it will open return form to fill refund details.
And then click on "Submit Refund" button. A Success Message will be displayed after some time.
You cannot add discounts but you can add special price for any Item.
If any Item has special price, special price will be sent to Walmart.
You need to create a Walmart seller panel account first.
Login to Walmart panel, click on settings > under api choose api & secret keys.
You need to enter the customer Id, secret key, customer channel Id in Magento Walmart API settings.
When an order is generated on Walmart.com, then the merchant should notify Walmart.com that whether he is able to fulfill the orders or not.
For this purpose:-
Go to Walmart > Walmart orders, Orders will auto fetched and acknowledged while cron runs at every 10 min.
If you need to cancel the order, you need to enter quantity cancel equal to the quantity ordered in ship by Walmart tab comes under order view.
For shipment, we have added a tab ‘Ship by Walmart' from which the seller can create shipment for orders. The magento ship button will be hidden only if the order has been placed from Walmart.com.
For this purpose :-
1. Go to Walmart >Walmart Orders. All the orders will be shown here.
2. Click Fetch Latest Walmart orders for manual fetch (Order Fetch also automated by cron job which runs every 10 min).
3. After successfully fetch orders, seller can select any acknowledged order in order to ship.
4. Click on Ship By Walmart option for shipping purpose.
5. Here the merchant needs to enter the tracking number, quantity ordered will be auto-filled.
6. In the quantity cancelled field, the merchant needs to enter the quantity he is not able to supply at the time of orders.
7. Product sku will reflect the sku of the ordered quantity.
8. If the merchant wants to send a Return location address then it can be done by selecting ‘yes’ from the drop-down.
9. It means if after order completion the customer generates a return request for this order then this product will be returned to the address set in the return location configuration.
10. When the merchant clicks on the Ship button, the order will be shipped and its invoice and shipment will be created automatically in Magento.
11. The status of order will change to Completed.
In case your orders are managed by http://shipstation.com/, all orders will be directly shipped by shipstation which will reflect on both magento Walmart orders and Walmart orders.
To install the Walmart extension :-
Login to your Magento Admin Panel.
Select System >> Magento Connect >> Magento Connect Manager.
Magento Connect Manager login Panel Appears. Login with your Admin Credentials.
Unselect the "Put store on the maintenance mode while installing/upgrading/backup creation" option.
In "Direct package file upload" section browse the Walmart Extension package and click on upload.
The Walmart Extension gets uploaded on your Magento.
Once the merchant installs this extension, Configuration settings will be created in his Magento admin panel’s System Configuration named as Walmart configuration’ under CedCommerce Extension tab.
As well as a menu will be added in the menu section named as Walmart that will consist of all the panel listing.
This extension will also create a tab in the product’s general tab named as Walmart.com which will list all the created Walmart.com attribute.
Due to any reason if an error occurs during the product mass upload then customer can get Item feeds
from Walmart > Manage products > Product Feeds
To see the feed errors click upon the ERRORS Link on the corresponding feed .
There are following reasons that a order may not fetch from Walmart to Magento:
1.Stock Qty < = 0
2.Product is disabled.
3.Product is out of stock.
4.Walmart Ordered item qty > Magento Order Item qty.
5.Product Sku is not present in magento.
Customer can get failed orders and reason from Walmart > Walmart Orders > Walmart failed Orders
If you are validating a configurable product for Walmart Products Check , then its variant attributes need to be mapped under Walmart-> Manage Attributes -> Configurable Type Attribute. Once after saving the mapping here please re-validate the product to see the result.
The Inventory of product is sent after each product is submitted to Walmart but since Walmart can take time to process the feeds, the inventory feed can fail for that SKU. In this case you can select the products from our grid and choose option to Update Inventory of Products to sync inventory between Walmart and your Magento Store.
You can use the Validate Button for this purpose under Walmart->Configuration. Please enter the details and click on Validate.

The only "Fully Working out-of-the-box" Walmart <-> Magento all in one solution extension that works!!! We were invited to sell on Walmart however we didn't had any solution that would flawlessly work until we found CedCommerce. This Walmart Integration is a fantastic extension it will save your time greatly. If you have tried upload your magento products to Walmart with excel files, you know what I mean. I realized that it was a wasting of time after I found this extension. You can just add a few columns for WalMart database when you upload your item on Magento, and after that you can just go to Walmart Menu on Magento Admin -> Validate products -> Upload mass products. DONE. (A little bit of pricing job and inventory change will be necessary after but it takes just a little time.) The customer service is fantastic and these guys are very skillful on coding. You may doubt at the beginning because you don't know who they are, but after you figure out how to talk to them, they will actually help you out. There is one technician who helped me a lot, whose chat name is Bob John on Skype, and he is just a genius. After the installation is done, you may need a little bit of works to match your database with Walmart database, but this also will be done on Magento Admin. Thank you for this amazing module! The price is great for this kind of module and the level of customer support! 5 STARS. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED.
